Facilities Policies

1. Pool Season hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m (except during private reservations).
2. Swimmers are at their own-risk. No life guards are provided.
3. Swimmers must wear bona fide swimming attire. Children not toilet trained must wear swim pants/swim diaper.
4. Running, pushing, dunking, and hazardous activities are prohibited in the pool area. Diving is absolutely not permitted.
5. Guests and children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult FHHA Member. Please limit guests to no more than four.
6. Glass bottles, glass objects, drinking glasses, or sharp objects are not permitted in the pool area. Food is allowed only at table areas. Trash should be placed in the containers located in the pool area.
7. Radios, televisions, and like items may be listened to at a sound level that is not offensive to other members or guests.
8. Rescue and pool cleaning equipment should be used only for the purpose intended.
9. Animals are not permitted in the pool area nor to be tied to the fence outside of the pool.
10. Bicycles, scooters, roller blades/skates, and skateboards are not permitted in the pool area. They are also to be kept off the walkway and not left on the shrubs or in the flowers beds.
11. Tobacco products are not permitted in the clubhouse or pool area; alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
12. Flotation devices are allowed to include: air mattresses, pool toys, and tubes. They are not be stored or left behind at any time.
13. Persons who leave the pool area must relinquish lounges and chairs by removing all towels and personal belongings. Saving lounges and chairs for persons absent from the pool area is prohibited.
14. Pool furniture may be moved around during your visit however please neatly arrange it back before leaving. When using suntan oils and lotions, cover the furniture with a towel.
15. Barbecues, grills, or like items are not permitted within 15 feet of the clubhouse, pool, fence, tennis court or FHHA permanent structures.
16. All motorized vehicles must be parked in the parking lot area, not on the grass.
17. Violations of these rules should be reported to the FHHA Facilities Manager and may result in a forfeiture of clubhouse/pool privileges as determined by the FHHA Board.
18. All injuries or accidents that occur at the clubhouse or pool should be addressed immediately (if necessary via 911) then reported to the FHHA Facilities Manager.
